This summer we threw together a lovely simple salad of tomatoes, mint, lemon, kalamatas, and feta. It shares a color palette with, and is named after, the tiger moth butterfly we encountered whilst staying in the 'Valley of the Butterflies' on the island of Paros.

See here our meal of delicious little popovers, gnocchi, celeriac, a raspberry shallot green salad, endive with burrata and to finish they brought a picture with the amaro flight so I could see what I was drinking! Starting off with this delicious meal and cocktails from The Portland Hunt and Alpine Club. French onion soup, cucumber salad, poutine, and finishing with a gigantic bag of fantastic green chile parmesan popcorn that sustained us for days. The popcorn took a minute so they were kind enough to bring by a taste of The Heavy Weather, it was delish - vodka, grapefruit and allspice. Thanks for a great evening @huntandalpine
