Julia’s Green Salad

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh green beans, chopped
  • peas, 1/2 cup
  • pea shoots, 2 big handfuls
  • For the lemon vinaigrette:
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
    • juice of half a lemon
    • small blob of honey
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • s+p to taste
