Sometimes you have a hard day at work, or maybe it’s a little cold outside and you want something festive to warm you, or maybe you just found out you have a misogynist for a president – whatever the case is, it’s time to fix a drink! Tonight, I played mixologist and I encourage you to do this same! How, you ask? Why simply scrounge around in your pantry for anything that will go with that old booze you have had lying around for the past year. Gin? Gin and Lacroix! Vodka? Vodka and a tin of mandarin slices (milk is usually not a good choice)! Tonight for me it was rum with the last dregs of some apple juice and a salted caramel tea impulse buy – it hit the spot perfectly! Happy drinking!
